We love eating all sorts of foods, including tofu! In this recipe we spice up some tofu! Really great either on its' own or as an addition to your meal!
Such an easy delicious recipe for tofu! We've eaten this on its own and on top of a salad, it's a go to dish for our meatless mondays.

Ingredients
1 cup La Panza Estate Blend olive oil
10 cloves garlic finely minced
1 teaspoon togarashi
1-2 teaspoons ginger
1 lemon zested
16 ounces extra-firm tofu diced
Directions
Cut the tofu into cubes. Place them evenly on a flat surface such as a cutting board lined with paper towels or a clean towel, cover with another layer of paper towels on top and and Press for 15 minutes.
In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic, togorashi, ginger and lemon zest. Mix well
In a large skillet, , add a few tablespoons olive oil and heat over medium-high heat. You can omit the oil if needed, but you will need a very good non-stick pan so the tofu pieces don't stick. Add tofu to the pan and fry the tofu until golden brown on each side
Toss cooked tofu with sauce and serve. we topped ours with Green onions, YUM!
