What is the Pantry Pouch?
Our unique Pantry Pouch keeps air and light out to preserve its quality. Unlike a screw-top bottle that allows air in both at the time of bottling and every time you open it for home use, our pouch prevents the oil from getting oxidized, and therefore ruined. From the time we harvest our own olives from our ranch in California to the time we package them is under 8 hours, one of the fastest is the business for a fresh tasting and healthy pour, every time.
